Brenda Moerschell

Brenda Moerschell brings more than three decades of real estate expertise to The Real Estate Shoppe, specializing in Ranch, Land, and Luxury Residential properties throughout North Texas. With deep roots in the region—where her family’s home place dates back to the 1870s—Brenda’s passion for land, legacy, and lifestyle is woven into every transaction.

Before joining The Real Estate Shoppe, Brenda built a respected career with Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate and was a Founding Member of the Ranch & Land Division at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. During her time there, she earned the title of Vice President and was consistently recognized as a “D Best Top Producer” by D Magazine.

Brenda was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, and attended Texas Christian University. Her early career took her to New York City and Los Angeles, where she worked in the film industry before returning to Texas to raise a family in the Park Cities. She became a licensed Realtor in 1984, the same year she and her family moved to Gainesville, where she launched and managed her own real estate firm. Though the family later returned to Dallas, her love for ranch and land properties remained the core of her career.

Known for her unwavering dedication, local knowledge, and genuine care for her clients, Brenda has built a far-reaching network across North Texas. Her reputation is one of integrity and results, with many clients returning time and again—some for more than 20 years.

Brenda is also active in her community and charitable causes. For two decades, she coordinated celebrity appearances for the Gatlin Brothers’ Celebrity Golf Tournament benefiting Muscular Dystrophy. She currently supports the Human Coalition and the Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas.

Whether she’s driving the backroads of Texas or negotiating a multimillion-dollar transaction, Brenda’s heart remains grounded in the land and the people she serves.
